HOW TO USE

  1. Open a standard 325ml can of beer or soda
  2. Drain off approximately 1/2 the can
  3. Add your favourite herbs and spices
  4. Place bird cavity over can and chicken rack
  5. Place bird and rack into tray
  6. Cook in barbecue with hood closed or oven until well done
